ISO Program Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does my company become an ISO for Alliance?
Call our Sales Department at 1-800-675-1330 or email us at sales@allianceach.com. Once contacted, we will have one of our representatives speak with you and send you over our ISO Agreement.

Q: Do we have to register with any organizatons to become an ISO?
No, however, we do suggest learning all about NACHA and their Rules.

Q: How long does it take to begin selling for Alliance?
As soon as the ISO Agreement has been executed, you become a Sales Agent of Alliance and can begin!

Q: Does Alliance offer any training?
Yes we have a training program regularly scheduled from our ISO's and Merchants. Please contact our Training team at training@allianceach.com.  

Q: Do we need ACH experience to become an ISO for Alliance?
We do recommend some experience, but it is not required.
