Founder - Chairman/CEO

Mr. Hook entered the electronic payment systems industry in 1983 and served in executive management positions in two national companies before founding his own Merchant Services Company in 1986. Under his leadership the company blistered existing industry sales averages with over $16 million in sales the first year, and developed the sales model still used throughout the industry today.

During the late 1990s, Mr. Hook took some time away from financial services to focus on the delivery of services through emerging Internet Technology and has returned to combine his talents for understanding the needs of Financial Executives and creating solutions to those needs, and his insight into the future of the Internet as a global standard delivery mechanism, with the vision and mission of Alliance Payment Technologies, Inc.

Don R. Hook
President

Mr. Hook brings over 40 years of executive level management skills to Alliance Payment Technologies. Don first entered the financial transaction industry in 1986, as Director of Finance for a very successful Merchant Services company in Irvine, California. His organizational and communication skills are exceeded only by his desire to make the customer happy. His leadership exemplifies these skills.

Keith R. Mangold
Executive Vice President - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Mangold, a Microsoft Certified Professional, has served in Microsoft NT, 2000, and SQL Server Administration, most recently for a highly successful Regional Internet Service Provider, and brings his talents to Alliance Payment Technologies as Chief Technology Officer. His mastery of ASP, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, Database design, and work with the integration of cross platform transactional applications enables Mr. Mangold to supervise the continuing development of technology that makes Alliance Merchants feel at home using our applications. He has been the chief programmer of the AllianceACH Gateway from the beginning.
